ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED, A LINK WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL. CLICK ON THE LINK UP TO 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE CLASS AND I’LL BE THERE! FEEL FREE TO TURN THE VIDEO OFF ON YOUR END IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PRACTICE IN PRIVACY.
The class will provide a balanced flow and include both dynamic flow and more static, softer holds. We will also use breathwork and meditation to release, strengthen and stretch the body and mind.
All of our classes are suited to all levels – with beginners welcome and catered for in every class.
