I’d like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land that I live and teach from, the Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation and pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

I teach Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga. My goal is to teach the undiluted teachings of the Rishis and Sages who have passed this knowledge down from teacher to student in an unbroken lineage. My teacher is Octavio Salvado of The Practice Bali. These teachings are original – I am not adding or subtracting anything. I am teaching them with the purity and integrity they were intended.
