FAQ
What do I wear?
Comfy, loose clothes for stretching and rolling around the floor in. If it’s warm, shorts are great and if it’s cool, bring a sweat or warmer layer for our relaxation session at the end of class.
What do I bring?
We provide basic yoga mats, bolsters and blocks so you can bring nothing…or if you have a favourite any of these, bring that along and use your own. Bring a bottle of water too.
Do I have to book and commit for a full term?
No. One of our key offerings is that we like to keep our classes casual. We know that life gets busy and that commitment of back-to-back weekly classes can be difficult. All of our 60-minute sessions cost $20 a session so just pay when you book each time.
We also offer a 10-class pass for $180. Valid for 6 months from purchase, we’ll stamp it each time you attend which offers you a 10% discount.
What can I expect when I arrive?
Just come into class, remove your shoes and grab a mat. Just start to settle in as others arrive around you – either lying down and closing your eyes or just sitting quietly on your mat facing the front of the room.
What can I expect from a class?
We start each class with a small relaxation, just bringing everyone into class and leaving the busy-ness of their day behind them. We then warm up our bodies through gentle movement and stretching. We then build into a series of seated postures before we settle down on our mats for a beautiful deep relaxation. In our ‘Yoga for Bros’ classes, we then enjoy a beer or kombucha after class – a chance to chat and connect with the rest of the bros in the class.
